Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Move the chicken to a separate plate.
Add the remaining oil to the pan with the bell peppers, onion, celery and garlic. Cook these ingredients for 5-6 minutes until slightly soft.
I a separate small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
Stir the chicken and sauce back into the skillet. Stir to combine all ingredients with the sauce.
Cook over medium high heat for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and top with the sesame seeds. Then it's ready to serve and enjoy!

Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. This is amazing serve as is or over rice!
